For The 2026-2029 School Years, Covasna County Through The Covasna County Council Intends To Conclude A Framework Agreement For The Public Purchase Of Dairy Products (Uht Milk And Yogurt) For Preschoolers In State Kindergartens With A Normal 4-Hour Program And For Students In State Primary And Secondary Education, As Well As For Preschoolers And Students Included In Special Education In Covasna County, Respectively Three Subsequent Contracts For School Years 2026-2029. The Identified Need Will Be Satisfied Through The Procedure For Awarding The Agreement - Framework For The Public Procurement Of Dairy Products For The School Years 2026-2029 According To The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law No. 98/2016 With Subsequent Amendments And Additions.  Estimated Quantities Of Dairy Products For The School Years 2026-2029 Are: Minimum – 11,027,436 Pcs. Maximum – 11,374,704 Pcs.  Estimated Quantities Of Dairy Products For A Minimum Subsequent Contract – 3,675,812 Pcs. Maximum – 3,791,568 Pcs.
