Engineering Services – Project Management Mission For The Development Of An Open Water Swimming Area And Requalification Of The Ile De Monsieur Square, In Sèvres. The Contract Aims To Retain A Project Management Team, Whose Agent Will Be A Landscape Designer (Or Equivalent Diploma), For The Design And Monitoring Missions Of The Development Work Of A Swimming Area On The Banks Of The Ile De Monsieur, As Well As The Landscape Requalification Of The Forecourt Of Its Nautical Base. The Project Must Take Into Account The Following Issues In Particular: - Be Part Of The Future Of The Large Site, In Dialogue With The Issues Of The General Coherence Plan, The Master Plan And The Management Plan. - Respect, Strengthen And Draw Inspiration From The History Of The Place, By Continuing The Renaturation Of The Site. - Give Coherence To The Project By Being In Keeping With The Spirit Of The Developments Carried Out In 2007. - Develop The Issues Of Landscape Continuity And Ecological Restoration Of The Banks. - Give Unity To The Developments And Highlight The Views From The Site And Towards The Site. - Ensure Peaceful Cohabitation Of A Wide Diversity Of Uses And Audiences; - Offer Users A Unique Swimming Experience, As Close As Possible To The River. The Consultation Includes A Firm Tranche And 5 Optional Tranches. The Estimated Cost Of The Work Amounts To 3,657,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax (Value June 2026).
