Description Of Measures: As Part Of The Requirement To Ensure The Operation Of An Open All-Day School At The Astrid-Lindgren Elementary School From 2026-2029, The City Of Schwentinental Is To Build A Cafeteria With Additional Group Rooms For The Ogts. A Possible Location For Building A New Cafeteria With Additional Childcare Rooms Is Between The Youth Center And The Existing Parking Area On The Western Part Of The School Property. With A 2-Story Construction, It Offers Sufficient Space For The Required Space Program. The Current Planning Envisages A New Building With Approx. 870M² Of Gross Floor Area. The Costs Of Cost Groups 200-700 Were Estimated At Approximately €5 Million Gross. For This Purpose, Planning Offices Are Invited To Take Part In The Competition That Cover The Service Profile Of Specialist Planning And Structural Planning In Accordance With Section 51 Hoai And Have Implemented Similar Measures In The Past.
