Transport Systems Consultancy Services – Approved Ski Lift Project Management Mission (Moe Rm) For The Implementation Of The Fort Des Têtes Teleport Link Project In Briançon. Approved Ski Lift Project Management Mission (Moe Rm) For The Implementation Of The Teleported Link Project From Fort Des Têtes To Briançon As Part Of The 2030 Olympic And Paralympic Winter Games. The Single-Award Framework Agreement Is Executed By Means Of Purchase Orders And Subsequent Contracts. It Is Concluded For A Period Of 48 Months, With No Minimum Amount And A Maximum Amount Of 600,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. The Mission Concerns The Creation Of A Cable Transport Linking The Schappe Park To The Vauban City Then To The Fort Des Têtes In Briançon. The Holder Will Carry Out The Approved Project Management Missions Provided For By The Regulations Applicable To Ski Lifts, In Particular The Development Of The Consultation File For The Design-Construction Contract, Assistance With Its Award, Monitoring Of The Design And Construction Phases As Well As The Production And Monitoring Of The Daet And Dame Regulatory Files. The Framework Agreement Is Structured In Four Phases Covering Successively The Development Of The Dce Of The Design-Construction Contract, The Consultation And Award Of This Contract, The Monitoring Of The Design Phase Then The Monitoring Of The Works, The Reception And Commissioning Operations. The Services Will Mainly Be Carried Out In Briançon (Hautes-Alpes), On The Various Sites Concerned By The Operation. The Incumbent Will Also Be Required To Participate In Meetings In The Premises Of Solideo Alpes 2030, In Particular At The Briançon Branch And, Where Applicable, At The Establishments Headquarters Located In Marseille. The Estimated Value Of The Contract Covers The Total Duration Of The Contract And Includes In Particular Similar Services Likely To Be Concluded Pursuant To Article R. 2122-7 Of The Public Procurement Code.
