Data-Processing Services – Purchase Of The Oracle Paas & Iaas Universal Credit Service Or An Equivalent Service And The Purchase Of An Expert Consultation Service Along With The Migration Of It Systems Based On Oracle Technology To The Cloud. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Rights To Use The Oracle Paas & Iaas Universal Credit Service Or An Equivalent Service, Including: 1.1. Purchase Of Rights To Use The Oracle Paas & Iaas Universal Credit Service Or An Equivalent Service, For A Period Of 48 Months From The Date Of Service Launch, In The Amount Of 3,500,000 Universal Credits Or Equivalent Units (Basic Order); 1.2. Purchase An Increase (Hereinafter Referred To As The Option) In The Number Of Universal Credits Or Equivalent Units Provided As Part Of The Service Indicated In Point 1, By A Maximum Of 3,500,000 Units. 1.3. Purchase Of Oracle Solution Support Center Advantage Expert Consulting Services, Including The Migration Service And The Cloud Priority Support Service Or An Equivalent Service For The Service Indicated In Point 1) And 2), For A Period Of 48 Months From The Date Of Launch Of The Service, Provided 24/7 (Basic Order). Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Agreement Or The Subject Of The Order. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Its Implementation Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) And In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of The Public Procurement Agreement (Appendix No. 2). 3. The Contractor Who Offers An Equivalent Solution Is Obliged To Demonstrate In The Content Of The Offer That The Offered Solution Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party For The Equivalent Solution. 4. In Order To Confirm That The Offered Equivalent Service Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Submits With The Offer: 4.1. A Description Of The Equivalent Solution, Including At Least The Name Of The Solution, Manufacturer Or Service Provider, And Delivery Model; 4.2. Documents Confirming Compliance With All Equivalence Criteria Described In The Opz, For Example By: 4.2.1. Manufacturers Documentation, 4.2.2. Service Cards, 4.2.3. Technical Specifications, 4.2.4. Functional Descriptions, 4.2.5. Terms Of Providing Support, 4.2.6. Agreement Or Sla Conditions 4.2.7 Price Lists Or Billing Rules, 4.2.8. Certificates, Attestations Or Other Equivalent Documents, 4.2.9. Statement By The Manufacturer, Solution Owner Or Authorized Partner, Only Regarding Those Parameters That Cannot Be Confirmed By Publicly Available Documentation. 4.10.The Offer Validity Period Is October 7, 2026.
