Ash Disposal Services – Loading, Transport And Processing Of Bottom Ash From Ivbos Waste Incineration Plant. The Loading, Transport And Processing Of Approximately 38,000 Tons Of Bottom Ash Annually From The Incineration Of Household Waste. The Processing Must Include A Proven And Licensed Recovery Of The Bottom Ash. The Aim Must Be To Maximize The Useful Application Of The Residual Fractions Obtained. The Disposal Or Removal Of The Residues That Arise During The Processing Process Is Also Included In The Order. The Residues To Be Processed Concern: • Incineration Ash (Also Called Bottom Ash, Grain Ash, Slag From Combustion) Originating From The Incineration Of Household And Equivalent Non-Hazardous Waste And Non-Hazardous Medical Waste. The Ash Is Obtained Via Wet Slag Removal. • The Incineration Ash Has Not Been De-Ironized And Therefore Still Contains All The Scrap From The Incinerated Waste. The Scrap Recovered From The Bottom Ash Will Be Reimbursed To Ivbo As Proceeds; • The Combustion Ash Contains Valuable Non-Ferrous Residual Fractions That Can Be Recovered From The Bottom Ash And Will Be Reimbursed To Ivbo As Proceeds; • The Combustion Ash Is Solid; • The Combustion Ash Can Be In A Dry Or Moist State; The Tenderer For This Contract Is The Operator/Owner Of The Processing Site Where The Bottom Ash From This Contract Will Be Processed. Only Transport (Including Loading Of The Bottom Ash On The Ivbo Site) May Be Subcontracted.
