Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services - Tnw_Twp_Kjf Of The Diözese Regensburg E.V._School Construction Measure Conversion, New Construction And Expansion, Renovation, Modernization And Restructuring Of The Prmz In Regensburg. The Catholic Youth Welfare Department Of The Diocese Of Regensburg Is The Sponsor Of The Pater Rupert Mayer Center (Prmz) In Regensburg, A Support Center In The West Of Regensburg With A Focus On Physical And Motor Development For Children, Teenagers And Young Adults. The Center Has Existed Since The 1970S And Was Continually Expanded Until 2010 (New Gym And Swimming Pool). Large Parts Of The Center Are Now In Need Of Renovation And Do Not Have The Necessary Usable Space. The Prmz Is A Three-Class School With A Vocational School Level For Physically Disabled Children And Young People. The School Preparatory Facility (Sve) Is Attached, Which Corresponds To Kindergarten In The Regular School Sector. The Rooms Of The Daycare Center (Mainly The Dining Room, Therapy And Group Rooms, Administration And Management Office) Are Integrated Into The School Area With The Aim Of Achieving The Best Possible Interlocking Of Processes. The Daycare Centers Are Not Part Of The School Building Program And Should Be Preserved If Possible. A Feasibility Study Was Commissioned With The Aim Of Examining To What Extent An Expansion And Redesign Of The Father Rupert Mayer Center Can Be Implemented On The Existing Site In A Targeted And Resource-Saving Manner, Or What Additional Land Areas Are Required For This. In Addition To Examining A Functional Arrangement Of Usage Units In Terms Of Building Law, The Task Was To Examine Feasibility In Construction Phases With A View To Maintaining Trouble-Free School Operations. The Result Of The Feasibility Study Is Available In A Report Dated March 12, 2025. The Basis Of The Study Was A Space Program Provided For The School And The Special Education Day Care Center (Hpt). According To The Results Of The Feasibility Study, 4,960 M² Of Existing Buildings Are To Be Demolished, 14,320 M² Are To Be Built And 5,980 M² Are To Be Renovated. The Expected Costs Of Cost Group 200 Were Estimated At Eur 1.7 Million, Cost Group 300 + 400 At Eur 62.2 Million, Cost Group 500 At Eur 6.8 Million And Cost Group 700 At Eur 14.4 Million (Cost Groups 200, 300, 400, 500 And 700 Total Eur 85.1 Million Gross). The Costs Of Cost Group 600 Are Estimated By The Client At Eur 1.3 Million Gross. According To The Feasibility Study, 4 Construction Phases Are Planned And 7 Components (A - G) Are Affected. 1St Construction Phase: New Construction Of Component A And Gymnasium, Relocation Of Sve (Existing Component B) To Component A With A Construction Period Of 26 Months; 2Nd Construction Phase: Demolition Of Existing Sve (Existing Component B) And New Construction Of Component B, Move From Component C To Component A With Move From Component D To Component B And Move From Component E To Component B With A Construction Period Of 30 Months; 3Rd Construction Phase: Demolition Of Component E, Renovation And Extension Of Component C With Renovation Of Component D With A Construction Period Of 28 Months; 4Th Construction Phase: Relocation Of Component F To New Buildings C And
