Statutory Audit Services – Legal Audit Mission For The Ratp Group - Mandate For Financial Years 2027 To 2032. This Notice Aims To Establish A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders, Multi-Awardees, Without Minimum Quantity And With Maximum Quantity, Aimed At Carrying Out The Legal Auditing Mission Of The Ratp Group And Its Subsidiaries, In France And Abroad, For The Financial Years 2027 To 2032. The Maximum Quantity Of The Framework Agreement Has Been Determined On The Basis Of The Forecast Scope Of The Entities Falling Within The Scope Of The Groups Auditing Missions. Ratp, I.E. A Maximum Of 113 Entities Spread Across France And Abroad. The Details Of This Scope Are Presented In The Materiality Table Annexed To The Specifications. The Contract Will Be Awarded To Two Holders In Equal Shares (The Volume Of The Service Is Divided Equally Between The Two Holders). The General Statutory Audit Mission Includes: - An Audit Mission Leading To The Certification Of: • The Consolidated Accounts And Consolidated Sustainability Information (Csrd) Of The Ratp Group • The Corporate Accounts Of Epic Ratp (Including The Separate Accounts Of Its Separately Accounting Establishments) • The Consolidated And Corporate Accounts Of The Subsidiary Ratp Dev And Its Subsidiaries In France And Internationally • The Consolidated And Corporate Accounts Of The Subsidiary Cap Idf And Its Subsidiaries In France, • Corporate Accounts Of Other Subsidiaries. - In A Transversal Manner: • Missions Complementary To Certification Missions (Normative Developments And Interpretations, Etc.); • Missions Falling Within The Scope Of Services Ancillary To The Statutory Auditing Office (Sacc). Ratp Has Formed A Group Of Orders With Its Subsidiaries For The Purpose Of Pooling The Purchase Of The Provision Of Legal Auditing Missions Common To The Parties. Ratp Is Designated By All Members Of The Group As Coordinator Of The Group. The Execution Of The Contract Is Reserved For Natural And Legal Persons Registered On A List Of Auditors In Accordance With The Provisions Of Book Viii Of The Commercial Code Relating To The Legal Audit Of Accounts. The Estimated Start Date For The Service Is Set For April 2027.
