The Works Included In A Sector Are Presented In Point 3.4.3. From Section 1 – General Specifications. The Mentioned Works Will Be Carried Out In Stages, As Presented In Point 3.4.4. From Section 1 – General Specifications. Within A Sector/Stage, The Works Will Be Executed Simultaneously, So That Upon Completion Of The Execution, Each Sector/Stage Will Be Operational. The Contract Includes: A) Construction Works; B) Supply And Installation Of Machinery And Technological Equipment; C) Testing And Commissioning; D) Fixing Any Defects That Appeared During The Warranty Period. The Duration Of Execution And Commissioning Of The Works Is 20 Months. The Warranty Period Is 36 Months. The Estimated Value Of The Contract Includes Provisional Amounts Totaling 345,548.80 Lei. The Estimated Value Of The Contract Does Not Include The Amounts Representing Various And Unforeseen Expenses.
