The Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) has secured a facility from the African Development Bank (the Bank) to implement a five-year Special Agro-Industrial Processing Zones (SAPZ) Program in partnership with the State Governments and Private Investors in five (5) participating states of Kaduna, Oyo, Ogun, Cross River and Imo States in the first phase and intends to apply part of the agreed amount to finance payments under the contract for the engagement of a Consulting Firm for the Implementation of the Profiling of Agribusiness Enterprises and Farmers, Including Geo Mapping and Biometric Data Collection in Oyo State. 2. The objective of the consultancy is to review the existing State agric-sector database; identify, profile, and geomap farms and gain insight into the present state and structure of agribusinesses and ecosystems across diverse value chains in Oyo State. The Consulting Firm will work with Project Implementation Unit (PIU) and other stakeholders. Please refer to the Terms of Reference (TOR) for additional information on this Consultancy assignment. 3.
