Prequalifications are invited for Proposed Construction of Arts and Social Sciences Lecture Halls and Offices 4.0 COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested Companies are to collect the Tender Documents from the office of the DIRECTOR OF PROCUREMENT, (PROCUREMENT OFFICE, ROOM 2 (UPSTAIRS) UNIBEN WATER SCHEME, UNIVERSITY OF BENIN, UGBOWO CAMPUS, BENIN CITY, EDO STATE on evidence of payment of non-refundable tender fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000.00) only through the REMITA platform, a copy of payment receipt must also be attached to financial documents. Collection of bid document is from Monday 15th June, 2026. 5.0. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS. Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each of the lot desired, two (2) copies each of the Technical and Financial bids, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as TECHNICAL BID and FINANCIAL BID. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to The Registrar, University of Benin, and clearly marked with (the name of the project and the lot number). Furthermore, the reverse side of the envelope should be clearly marked with the name and address of the Bidder and dropped in the designated tender box at the office of the DIRECTOR OF PROCUREMENT, UNIBEN WATER SCHEME, UNIVERSITY OF BENIN, UGBOWO CAMPUS, BENIN CITY, EDO STATE not later than 12:00noon Monday, 29th June, 2026, The working hour is 8:00am to 4:00pm on weekdays, excluding weekends. Please ensure that you sign the Bid Submission Register as the University will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted Bids. 6.0. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS The Technical Bids will be opened immediately after the deadlines for submission at 12:00 noon of Monday, 29th June, 2026 at the Senate Chambers, Senate Building, University of Benin, Edo State, while the financial bids will be kept un-opened.
