Tenders are invited for Proposed Drilling and Equipping of Sinkiraine Borehole in Iloodokilani Ward Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents from the Procurement Office, Kajiado County Headquarters, Adjacent to Kajiado County Assembly Offices, Kajiado Town, off Nairobi Namanga Highway during normal working hours. 4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded from the County Government of Kajiado website: www.kajiado.go.ke or the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) portal https://tenders.go.ke free of charge. 5. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for (180) days from the date of opening of tenders. 6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted. 7. Completed Tenders are to be enclosed in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked with tender name and reference number must be addressed to the below, delivered and deposited in the Tender Box located at the Procurement Office, Kajiado County Headquarters, Adjacent to Kajiado County Assembly Offices, Kajiado Town, off Nairobi Namanga Highway on or before on Friday 19th June, 2026 at 1100 hours East African Time (EAT). Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids shall be rejected.
