The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Implementation (In Particular: Preparation, Organization, Including The Organization Of The Catering Service, Substantive Implementation And Technical Service) Of Specialized Training In The Field Of Social Welfare Organization For A Maximum Of 50 Employees Of Social Welfare Institutions And Entities Working For Social Inclusion, Including Those Dealing With The Organization Of Social Services And For Employees And Representatives Of Local Government Units (Maximum 2 Training Groups, Each Of No More Than 25 People). The Implementation Of Specialization Training In The Field Of Social Welfare Organization Is To Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Labor And Social Policy Of September 26, 2012 On Specialization In The Field Of Social Welfare Organization And Cover The Overall Teaching Process, Including The Preparation And Defense Of A Diploma Thesis And The Final Examination For Specialization In The Field Of Social Welfare Organization (Minimum Curriculum For Each Training Group: 275 Teaching Hours For Each Group, A Total Of 550 Teaching Hours). The Ordering Party Allows Classes To Be Conducted Both In Hybrid And Stationary Form. Due To The Need For The Contractor To Obtain Consent From The Minister Responsible For Social Security For Classes In A Form Other Than Stationary, The Ordering Party Does Not Specify The Division Of The Number Of Hours Into The Above-Mentioned Modes Of Conducting Classes. However, The Ordering Party Recommends That Teaching Classes Be Carried Out In A Hybrid Manner, During A Maximum Of Sixteen (16) Two-Day Meetings, Including A Maximum Of 10 Online Meetings And Obligatorily At Least 6 Stationary Meetings, And The Study Visit That Is Part Of The Specialization Program Must Be Included During One Of The Stationary Meetings. Moreover, Each Time During Stationary Meetings, The Contractor Should Provide Catering To The Participants (Maximum 1,600 Coffee Breaks And A Maximum Of 1,600 Lunches, Calculated As The Product Of The Maximum Number Of Stationary Meetings (16) X Two (2) Days Each X The Maximum Number Of Training Participants (50). This Order Is Organized As Part Of The Project Entitled Coordination Of Activities In The Field Of Social Policy - Rops Wsl, Implemented By The Regional Policy Center Social Committee Of The Silesian Voivodeship.
