Tenders Are Invited For Adaptation Of Some Warehouse Rooms Into Offices

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Adaptation Of Some Warehouse Rooms Into Offices.2. The Task Includes Construction Works In The Scope Of Changing The Use Of Part Of The Warehouse Rooms Into Office Rooms, Together With The Reconstruction Of External Partitions And Renovation Of The Building On Plot No. 27/11, In Piła At Ul. Lotnicza 8.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 3 To Swz.4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Has A Construction Manager (In Accordance With Point 6.2.4 Of The Swz) And Managers Of Industrial Works (Sanitary And Electrical)5 To Supervise The Implementation Of The Works. Guarantee And Warranty Period For Completed Construction Works - Minimum 36 Months (The Warranty Period Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers In Accordance With Point 16 Of The Swz).6. Construction Materials Necessary To Complete The Order Must Meet The Quality Requirements Of Products Approved For Marketing And Use In Construction And Have Current Certificates Or Declarations Of Compliance With The Technical Approval.7. If The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Order Contain The Names Of Producers Of Materials Or Any Other Products Or Products, They Serve Only To Determine The Desired Standard Of Workmanship And To Determine The Properties Of The Technical And Operational Requirements Set Out In The Technical Documentation For A Given Type Of Solutions, They Are Not Binding And Should Be Treated As The Designers Proposals. They Do Not Bind The Future Contractor To Use Them. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials With Technical And Operational Parameters Corresponding At Least To The Parameters Of The Materials Proposed In The Design Documentation. In Relation To Equivalent Materials, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Documents Confirming Permission For Use/Installation (Certificates Or Declarations Of Performance). Equivalent Materials Are Allowed Provided That: 1) They Guarantee The Execution Of The Order In Accordance With The Quality, Technological And Operational Assumptions Contained In The Design Documentation And Swz, 2) They Ensure Obtaining Technical, Technological And Quality Parameters At Least Equal To The Parameters Assumed In The Design Documentation And Swz. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prove To The Ordering Party That The Materials Intended For Installation Are Equivalent To Those Proposed In The Design Documentation. If The Materials Do Not Confirm Equivalence, The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Use Them And Will Replace Them With Materials That Meet The Equivalence Conditions At His Own Expense.8. The Ordering Party Has The Following Requirements Regarding The Implementation Of The Works: 1) Constant Supervision Of The Work Being Carried Out, 2) A Detailed Work Schedule Will Be Agreed On An Ongoing Basis During The Execution Of The Order, 3) The Area Must Be Properly Secured, 4) All Materials, Devices And Equipment Must Be Secured
