The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Demolition Of The Existing Retaining Wall With Elements Related To It, 2) Construction Of A New Reinforced Concrete Retaining Wall Along With Earthworks, Foundations, Reinforcement, Concrete, Insulation Works And Assembly Balustrades,3) Drainage Of The Retaining Wall, Including Perimeter Drainage And Linear Drainage,4) Reconstruction Of The Rainwater Drainage System With The Necessary Wells And Connection To The Existing Installation And Rainwater Tank,5) Performance Of Reconstruction Works After Earthworks.2. The Works Will Be Carried Out In Stępina, Frysztak Commune, On Plot No. 766/1 And 765.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Carrying Out The Works Is Specified In The Swz, Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Bills Of Quantities, Constituting Annexes To The Swz. The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Bills Of Quantities, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Applicable Legal Provisions And Principles Of Technical Knowledge.
