B) Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction, Installation, Technological And Finishing Works Related To The Comprehensive Modernization Of The Indoor Swimming Pool In Tarnobrzeg, Located At Ul. Niepodległości 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of Construction, Sanitary, Electrical, Telecommunications And Technological Works, Together With All Preparatory, Dismantling, Reconstruction, Finishing, Commissioning And Acceptance Works Necessary To Ensure Full Functionality, Safety And Compliance Of The Facility With Applicable Technical And Sanitary Regulations. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: • Repair And Modernization Of Structural Elements Of The Facility, Including Reinforced Concrete Elements Sub-Pool;• Renovation Of Stands And Swimming Pool Rooms, Technical Rooms And Facilities;• Renovation And Modernization Of The Sports Pool Basin And The Swimming Pool Basin For Swimming Lessons Along With Elements Of Technological Equipment;• Construction Of New Sanitary Installations, Including Sanitary Sewage, Cold, Hot And Circulation Water Installations, Central Heating Installation, Mechanical Ventilation And Air Conditioning;• Modernization Of The Heating Substation Along With Automation And Control Systems And Cooperation With The Existing Installation Solar;• Execution Of Electrical And Telecommunications Works, Including Modernization Of Switchboards, Power Supply, Control And Low-Current Installations;• Renovation And Modernization Of Utility, Technical, Sanitary And Communication Rooms;• Execution Of Finishing Works Of Rooms On The First Floor;• Renovation Of The Main Hall, Entrance Areas And Cloakrooms;• Replacement And Modernization Of Joinery And Window And Door Joinery;• Renovation Of External Stairs;• Renovation Of The Roof Including Replacement Or Repair Of Insulating Layers, Sheet Metal Work, Roof Drainage And Modernization Of The Lightning Protection System;• Construction Of New Basic, Emergency And Evacuation Lighting;• Development Of The Area Around The Facility, Including Renovation And Reconstruction Of Communication Routes And Adaptation Of The Infrastructure To The Needs Of People With Special Needs;• Performance Of All Necessary Tests, Research, Measurements, Technological Commissioning And Preparation Of As-Built Documentation.
