Tenders Are Invited For Reconstruction Of The Street Gawryś In Dębica

The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion: Reconstruction Of A Public Municipal Road Class D - Ul. Gawrysia In Dębica, At Km 0+099.50 To Km 0+285.70. The Scope Of Work Includes, Among Others:• Preparation And Demolition Works;• Execution Of Earthworks;• Construction Of Curbs And Edges;• Construction Of Storm Sewage;• Vertical Adjustment Of Manholes;• Construction Of Substructures;• Construction Of Surfaces, Sidewalks, Exits;• Carrying Out Cleaning And Greenery Works;• Carrying Out A Geodetic Inventory.• During The Execution Of The Task, The Contractor Is Obliged, At The Request Of Wodociągi Dębickich Sp. Z O. O. And/Or Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej Sp. Z O. O. To Provide Access To The Construction Site For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Consisting In The Construction Of A Water Supply And Heating Network. In Order To Build The Water Supply And Heating Networks, It Will Be Necessary For The Contractor To Provide Wodociągom Dębickie Sp. Z O. O. And/Or Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej Sp. Z O. O. The Construction Site, After The Contractor Has Demolished The Existing Road Structure. The Contractor Is Obliged To Cooperate With Wodociągi Dębicki Sp. Z O. O. And/Or Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej Sp. Z O. O. In Order To Properly Perform The Scope Of Works And Synchronize Them In Time In A Way That Allows For The Correct Execution Of The Scope Of Wodociągi Dębickich Sp. Z O. O. And/Or Mpec Sp. Z O. O. • The Contractor Is Obliged To Accept The Work Performed By Wodociągi Dębickie Sp. Z O. O. And/Or Mpec Sp. Z O. O., In Particular The Preparation Of Backfill For Pipelines And Its Compaction As Well As The Protective Backfill And Its Compaction. Upon Acceptance Of The Road Reconstruction During The Warranty And Guarantee Period, The Contractor Cannot Avoid Providing The Warranty And Guarantee For The Scope Of Work Performed By Him. The Warranty Will Not Cover Only The Scope Performed By Wodociągi Dębickie Sp. Z O. O. And/Or Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej Sp. Z O. O. The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For The Proper Execution Of The Substructure And Road Surface, Providing Guarantees And Warranties In Accordance With The Offer.
