1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Reconstruction Of The Former School Building, Located At Ul. Traugutta 13 In Dzierzgoń (Plot No. 494, District 1 Of Dzierzgoń), Including The Construction Of An Internal Elevator - According To The Parameters Specified In The Attached Design Documentation And In The Bill Of Quantities. The Order Is Implemented With Financial Support Under 4 Projects, Respectively: 1) Dzierzgońskie Center For Social Support For Measure 6.6. Social Infrastructure - Clld Of The Regional Program European Funds For Pomerania 2021-2027; 2) Establishment Of A Social Services Center In The Revitalization Area Of ​​Dzierzgoń - Under Priority 7 European Funds For Pomerania Closer To Citizens, Measure 7.1. Revitalization Of Degraded Urban Areas Under The European Funds For Pomerania 2021-2027 Erdf Program;3) Thermal Modernization And Green Solutions In The Cus Building In Dzierzgoń Under Priority 2 European Funds For Green Pomerania, Measure 2.4 Energy Efficiency - Revitalization Programs Under The European Funds For Pomerania 2021-2027 Erdf Program;4) Purchase And Installation Of A Passenger Lift In A Public Utility Building At Ul. Traugutta 13 In Dzierzgoń” Co-Financed As Part Of The Co-Financing Of Construction Works Regarding Rehabilitation Facilities In Connection With The Needs Of Disabled People From The State Fund For The Rehabilitation Of Disabled Persons. The Reconstruction In Question Should Be Carried Out To The Extent Necessary To Achieve The Assumed Technical And Operational Parameters In The Indicated Building, In Accordance With The Applicable Standards And Regulations For This Type Of Facilities.2. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Order Was Not Divided Into Parts Due To The Expected Difficulties In Coordinating The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Order (Which Could Jeopardize The Proper And Timely Execution Of The Order), As Well As Due To The Expected Increase In The Costs Of Implementing The Entire Order, Resulting From The Need For Separate Organization Of The Construction Facilities By Different Contractors. The Individual Elements Of The Project Being Implemented Are Functionally Interconnected And Do Not Make It Possible To Clearly Demarcate The Zones Of Construction Works, Enabling The Possible Implementation Of These Works By Different Contractors In A Collision-Free Manner. Moreover, The Target Operation Of The Facility In Terms Of Efficiency And Failure-Free Operation Is To Be Secured With An Appropriate Warranty Obligation, Therefore It Is Justified To Entrust The Task To Only One Contractor.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Variant Offers Or Offers In The Form Of Electronic Catalogues.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 And 8.5. The Ordering Party Requires A Minimum 36-Month Warranty For The Technologies Used And The Construction And Assembl
