The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Adaptation Of Basement Rooms In The Building Of The Wróblew Commune Office For The Purposes Of Creating A Temporary Shelter For The Public In The Design And Build Mode. The Investment Will Be Carried Out In The Building Of The Wróblew Commune Office, Located On The Plot No. 61/3, Wróblew District. The Total Area Covered By The Adaptation Is Approximately 176 M² And Includes Basement Rooms. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: • Development Of Design Documentation, • Execution Of Demolition And Preparatory Works, • Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Adaptation Of Rooms, • Execution Of Sanitary And Electrical Installations, • Execution Of An Independent Power Supply With The Possibility Of Connecting A Power Generator, • Execution Of A Ventilation Installation, • Execution Of A Central Heating Installation. (Air Conditioning + Electric Heaters),• Construction Of Basic And Emergency Lighting,• Construction Of A Sanitary Facility,• Construction Of A Food Preparation Area,• Construction Of Evacuation Signs,• Equipping The Facility With Elements Enabling The Temporary Stay Of People,• Preparation Of A Technical Room,• Installation Of A Lan Network,• Execution Of External Monitoring Of The Facility.• Preparation Of As-Built Documentation And Handing Over The Facility To The Ordering Party For Use.• Purchase And Installation Of Information Boards Regarding Investment Financing In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Regulations On Co-Financing From The Civil Protection And Defense Program. Civil In Accordance With The Applicable Guidelines For The Organization Of Places Of Emergency Shelter, After The Investment Implementation, The Facility Will Provide The Possibility Of Temporary Shelter For 117 People Assuming The Indicator Of 1.5 M² Of Area Per Person.
