1. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Renovation Of Five First-Floor Classrooms In The School Building At Zs Ckr In Sichów Duży. The Scope Of Work Includes: Preparatory And Demolition Works, Installation Works, Modernization Of The Electrical Installation, Replacement Of Radiators And Window Sills, Replacement Of Doors, Painting Of Walls, Replacement Of Roller Blinds.2. The Order Must Be Made In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities, Which Constitutes An Attachment To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Allows Including In The Offer And Then Using Materials And Equipment Other Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Provided That Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Specified In This Order. In Such A Situation, The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of Appropriate Documents Confirming That These Materials And Devices Correspond To Those Described By The Ordering Party. 4. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes An Indication Of Trademarks Or Origin, The Ordering Party Informs That This Provision Is Only A Definition Of Minimum Parameters And Constitutes An Indication For The Contractor What Features The Materials Or Devices Used To Implement The Subject Of The Order Should Have. The Ordering Party Allows The Order To Be Completed By Using Equivalent Materials Or Devices. The Contractor Who Offers Equivalent Materials Or Devices Is Obliged To Demonstrate In The Offer That They Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party.5. The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Contract Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law Allows For Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Construction Works He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. Equivalence Should Be Demonstrated, In Particular, By Means Of The Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104 - 107 Of The Public Procurement Law. 6. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes A Provision Resulting From Knr Or Knnr Indicating The Need To Use Specific Equipment With Specific Parameters In The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Other Equipment Provided That It Will Ensure The Achievement Of The Assumed Design Parameters And Will Not Cause The Risk Of Non-Compliance Of The Work Performed With The Technical Documentation.7. The Dnsh (Do No Significant Harm) Principle Is The Principle Of Not Supporting Or Conducting A Business Activity That Causes Significant Harm (Serious Damage, Has A Significant Negative Impact) To Any Of The Environmental Objectives Such As:7.1.
