In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, The Ordering Party Presented The Minimum Technical Parameters Of The Car And Its Equipment That Meet The Assumed Technical, Quality, Functional And Operational Requirements. The Ordering Party Allows The Contractor To Offer A Car With Technical Parameters And Equipment Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Swz. This Means That The Offer Cannot Include A Car Of A Lower Standard And Parameters Worse Than Those Specified In The Swz, In Particular With Regard To The Drive System, I.E.: 1) Engine Power: Min. 180 (Hp); 2) Exhaust Emission Level: Min.: Euro 6.
