The Ordering Party Requires That Both The Chassis And The Vehicle Body Are Brand New, Unused, Complete, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Manufactured In 2026.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: - Delivery Of A Complete Small-Size Garbage Truck Vehicle; - Brand New Chassis; - Brand New Garbage Truck Body; - Equipment Required By The Ordering Party; - Gps Vehicle Monitoring System With A Fuel Level Probe; - 360° Video Monitoring System With Digital Image Recording; - Technical, Operational, Warranty And Service Documentation; - Training Of The Ordering Partys Employees; - Guarantee, Warranty And Warranty Service; - Ensuring The Availability Of Spare Parts And Equipment For The Period Indicated In Swz.4. General Requirements For The Vehicle: 1) Brand New, Unused, Complete Vehicle, Free From Physical And Legal Defects; 2) Year Of Production Of The Complete Vehicle: 2026; 3) Year Of Production Of The Chassis: 2026; 4) Year Of Production Of The Bodywork: 2026; 5) Vehicle Intended For The Collection Of Municipal Waste; 6) Vehicle Adapted For Operation In Urban Conditions, Including On 7) Roads With Limited Width And In Varied Terrain Slope;8) A Vehicle That Meets The Requirements For Admission To Traffic On Public Roads, If Such An Obligation Results From The Relevant Regulations;9) A Complete Vehicle And Ready For Operation On The Day Of Receipt By The Ordering Party;10) It Is Unacceptable To Offer A Prototype, Pilot Or Pre-Series Vehicle;11) All Elements Of The Vehicle, Equipment And Bodywork Must Be Brand New.8.
