Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Computer Equipment For The Implementation Of The Project: Digital Commune Of Lędziny - Office At Your Fingertips Under: European Funds For Silesia 2021-2027 (Erdf)

The Subject Of This Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Computer Equipment, I.E. Computer Sets, Laptops And Monitors. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Opz. Additional Information: 1) The Equipment Being The Subject Of The Described Delivery Should Be Brand New, Unused, Undamaged, Not Encumbered With The Rights Of Third Parties And Should Meet Safety Standards. 2) The Contractor Will Deliver The Equipment To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party. 3) The Equipment Will Be Delivered At The Contractors Own Expense, In Company Packaging Corresponding To The Properties Of The Equipment, Ensuring Its Integrity And Non-Infringement.4) The Acceptance Of The Equipment Being The Subject Of The Contract By The Ordering Party Will Take Place On The Basis Of The Acceptance Protocol.5) All Offered Devices Should Have The Ce Marking, Confirming Compliance With The Relevant Eu Directives Or Harmonized Standards.6) The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully And Reliably Complete The Offer Form, In Particular To Provide The Required Data On The Names Of Manufacturers, Device Models, Technical Parameters. It Is Unacceptable To Use Phrases Such As In Accordance With The Swz, In Accordance With The Requirements And The Like.7) If It Is Objectively Impossible For The Contractor To Provide The Equipment Indicated In The Offer Due To Its Lack Of Availability On The Market, Which Will Be Confirmed By Its Manufacturer, It Is Permissible For The Contractor To Provide Equipment With Technical Parameters Not Worse And With A Price Not Higher Than Those Specified In The Offer. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Obliged To Each Time Submit To The Ordering Party Appropriate Documents (Manufacturers Declaration On The Unavailability Of The Offered Equipment, Opinion On The Technical Parameters Of Replacement Equipment Not Worse Than Those Offered In The Offer). Replacing The Offered Equipment Requires The Ordering Partys Consent, Which The Ordering Party Will Grant Immediately When It Receives The Required Documents.2. Equivalent Solutions Where The Specifications Of The Terms Of The Contract, Annexes, The Contract, The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Indicate A Trademark (Brand), Manufacturer, Supplier, Patent, Origin, Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Or Where Standards, European Technical Assessments, Common Technical Specifications Or Other References Are Indicated, The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of An Equivalent Offer Or The Offering Of Solutions Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Documentation, Provided That They Ensure The Achievement Of Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Expected.
