The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries And Unloading Of Light Fuel Oil To The Wielkopolska Branch Of The Building Research Institute In Poznań Within A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract Or Until The Amount Is Used.2.2. Light Fuel Oil Will Be Delivered To The Following Locations: A) At Ul. S. Taczaka 12 In Poznań - Individual Deliveries Of Approx. 5,000 Liters, B) At Ul. Saint Wawrzyńca 1/7 In Poznań - Individual Deliveries Of Approx. 3,600 Liters, 2.3. The Total Estimated Number Of Liters Of Light Fuel Oil Delivered To The Locations Listed In Point 2.2 On A 36-Month Scale Is Approximately Pln 75,000.2.4. The Supplied Fuel Oil Should Be Of Class I Quality. Heating Oil Must Comply With The Polish Standards Pn-C-96024:2020-12 And The Quality Requirements Contained In: - Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of March 1, 2017 On Methods For Testing The Quality Of Light Fuel Oil, Heavy Fuel Oil And Oil For Engines Of Inland Navigation Vessels (Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 584); - Regulation Minister Of Energy Of December 1, 2016 On Quality Requirements Regarding The Sulfur Content Of Oils And The Types Of Installations And Conditions In Which Heavy Fuel Oils Will Be Used (Journal Of Laws 2016, Item 2008); - Regulation Of The Minister Of Finance Of November 28, 2022 On Marking And Coloring Of Energy Products (Journal Of Laws 2022, Item 2633).2.5. Delivery Of Light Fuel Oil Should Take Place Within 48 Hours From The Moment The Ordering Party Places The Order. The Delivery And Collection Of Light Fuel Oil Will Take Place In Batches, Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, Based On The Demand Submitted Electronically. A Delivery Batch Means A Single Delivery Of Fuel Oil Of One Type And Grade, Delivered By Road Tanker, Identified By A Transport Document (E.G. Consignment Note Or Wz) And A Quality Certificate (Certificate).
