1.1. The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Purchase, Delivery And Assembly Of Kitchen Furniture Together With Its Equipment With Large Household Appliances Constituting The Kitchen Of The Volunteer Fire Department In Żarnów As Part Of The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Premises Of The Volunteer Fire Department Building In Żarnów For A Common Room - Delivery Of Furniture, Household Appliances, Air Conditioning. 1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery, Delivery, Assembly And Assembly Of Furniture With Household Appliances In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, As Well As Connection To The Existing Electricity And Water And Sewage Networks, And Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Conditions Contained In This Specification Of Terms Of Order And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 6 To Swz.3. The Contractor Ensures That The Furniture And Household Appliances Covered By The Subject Of The Order Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And That The Furniture And Equipment And Their Components Offered Are Brand New, Not Used For Exhibition Purposes, Complete (In Particular With All Components, Parts, Materials Necessary For Assembly And Use), And Their Purchase And Use In Accordance With Their Intended Purpose Do Not Violate The Law, Including The Rights Of Third Parties.4. By The Term Brand New, The Ordering Party Understands - Unused, Free From Defects, I.E. One That In Its Entire Production Process Is Manufactured From Elements Manufactured From Scratch, Without The Use In Any Way Of Components Obtained From Other Previously Used Products, Coming From Current Production, In The Manufacturers Packaging, With The Manufacturers Trademark And Indication Of Origin, Delivered In The Original, Intact Packaging. All Instructions And Labels Must Be Prepared In Polish.5. Furniture And Household Appliances Must Meet Health And Safety Requirements In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.6. Furniture And Household Appliances Must Be Approved For Trading And Use In European Union Countries, Including In Rooms Intended For Permanent Stay Of People.7. All Furniture Made Of Boards Delivered Must Be In The Same Color Range So That They Are Consistent With Each Other, All Furniture Proposed By The Contractor Must Be Approved By The Ordering Party Before Their Delivery.8. The Ordering Party Allows The Contractor To Offer Equivalent Products (In The Indicated Items Of The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 6 To The Swz). Equivalent Solutions: The Ordering Party Informs That The Indication Of Common Names Or The Manufacturer In The Elements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Serves Only To Determine The Technical And Quality Features And Results From The Need To Use Devices And Equipment With Specific Features To Achieve The Intended Goals Of The Project.
