The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Tractor With Accessories And An Agricultural Trailer As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Purchase Of A Tractor With Accessories And An Agricultural Trailer For The Needs Of The Municipal Economy Department 4.2 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex 8 To Swz 4.3 The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery Of A Tractor With Individual Accessories: • Plow For Snow;• Front Sweeper With Basket And Sprinkler System;• Self-Loading Mounted Municipal Gritter;• Single-Axle Agricultural Trailer;• Leaf Vacuum Cleaner With Attachment To The Trailer;• Rear Side Flail Mower.2) Delivery To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party Of The Vehicle Presented In The Contractors Offer, Constituting An Integral Part Of The Contract And In Accordance With The Criteria And Technical Parameters Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting An Annex To Swz.3) The Contractor Will Provide The First 3 Service Inspections At His Own Expense For A Given Tractor According To The Warranty Card Schedule. Subsequent Inspections Will Be Performed At The Expense Of The Ordering Party. 4) Providing The Ordering Party With Complete Documentation Of The Vehicle And Equipment, Including: Operating Instructions, Certificates, Technical Approvals, Declarations Of Compliance With The Relevant Standard, Documents Specifying The Rules For The Provision Of Services During The Warranty Period (Warranty Card) And Any Other Documents Enabling The Ordering Party To Collect The Delivered Subject Of The Order And Register The Vehicle. 5) The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare And Place The Logos Previously Agreed With The Ordering Party Along With A Flashing Light Signal.
