Part I Covers The Purchase Of Various Types Of Cordless Power Tools In A Uniform System - All With Parameters No Worse Than Those Described In Annex 1A To The Specification. Whenever The Ordering Party Indicates Specific Standards Or Processes Or Products That Could Lead To Restriction Of Competition, These Provisions Should Be Interpreted As Exemplary Requirements. The Ordering Party Allows Offering An Equivalent Subject Of The Contract Provided That The Offered Subject Meets The Minimum Requirements Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Burden Of Proof In This Respect Rests With The Contractor.
