1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Enteral And Parenteral Nutrition To Spzzoz In Wyszków.2. The Ordering Party Requires The Free Use Of 4 Technically Functional Pumps For Enteral And Parenteral Nutrition For The Entire Duration Of The Contract. The Borrowed Pumps Must Be Fully Compatible With The Nutritional Assortment And Supply Sets Offered By The Contractor In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Pumps With Valid Technical Passports And To Provide Free Training To The Ordering Partys Staff In Their Operation. All Costs Related To The Loan, Service, Repairs And Required Periodic Inspections Of The Pumps During The Duration Of The Contract Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 - Detailed Price Offer, And Annex No. 5 - Draft Provisions Of The Contract4. The Offered Medicinal Products Must Be Authorized For Marketing And Use In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And The Pharmaceutical Law Act Of September 6, 2001 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws 2025.750) And Published In The Current Official List Of Medicinal Products Authorized For Marketing In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, In Accordance With The Principles Specified In Art. 3 Or 4 Section 1 And 2 Or Art. 4A Of The Pharmaceutical Law Act.5. The Validity Period Of The Subject Of The Order Must Be At Least 6 Months From The Date Of Delivery.
