Part 1 Of The Order - Delivery And Installation Of Kitchen Equipment, The Scope Of Which Includes In Particular: 1. Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of Professional Kitchen Equipment And A Feeding Block In A Kindergarten And Nursery. The Scope Includes: • Kitchen Equipment: Delivery Of New Kitchen Equipment And Accessories. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Transport, Assembly And Arrangement Of Kitchen Appliances At The Place Of Use.• Kitchen Requirements: The Offered Appliances Must Meet The Minimum Technical Parameters Specified By The Ordering Party, Be Brand New, Free From Defects, Ready For Use Without The Need To Make Additional Purchases, And Come From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channels.2. Devices Intended For Kindergarten/Nursery Must: • Meet Technical And Safety Standards: Devices, Such As Household Appliances In The Kitchen, Must Have Appropriate Certificates And Approvals In Accordance With Applicable Eu Regulations.• Have Ce Marking: The Ce Marking Must Indicate That The Devices Meet Eu Safety And Health Requirements.• Be Free From Defects And Ready For Use: Devices Must Be New, Without Damage, And Ready For Use Without The Need For Additional Purchases Or Modifications.• Appropriate Technical Parameters: Each Device Must Meet The Minimum Technical Parameters Specified In The Specification, E.G. Appropriate Power Of Household Appliances, Efficiency, Electrical Safety.• Warranty: Devices Must Have A Warranty For A Period Of At Least 12 Months.3. Clarifying Detailed Requirements For Kitchen Furniture In Kindergartens, In Accordance With Hygiene Rules And Ensuring Durability And Ease Of Cleaning: 1) Kitchen Furniture In Kindergartens Should Be Made Of Materials Resistant To Moisture, Easy To Clean And Disinfect, And At The Same Time Comply With Safety Standards For Food Storage And Processing. Stainless Steel Is The Best Material For These Purposes, Ensuring Both Hygiene And Durability.2) Kitchen Furniture Must Meet Standards For Ensuring Appropriate Conditions For Storing, Preparing And Serving Food, In Accordance With Legal Regulations And Guidelines On Hygiene And Food Safety:• Compliance With Sanitary And Hygienic Regulations: Kitchen Furniture Should Be Designed And Manufactured In A Way That Allows Maintaining High Hygiene Standards. They Must Comply With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health On Hygiene And Health Requirements In Catering Establishments And Requirements For Equipment In Kindergartens.• Compliance With Guidelines For Nutrition In Kindergartens: Furniture Must Support Processes Related To The Safe Storage, Preparation And Serving Of Food As Well As Easy Management Of Temperature, Humidity And Cleanliness.• Use Of Materials Resistant To Contact With Food: All Furniture Surfaces That Have Direct Contact With Food (E.G. Worktops, Shelves For Dishes, Drawers For Products Food), They Must Be Made Of Materials Certified For Contact With Food, I.E. Materials That Do Not React With Food Products And
