1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Additive Printing Laboratory Equipment And Other Laboratory Equipment, Divided Into 9 Parts.2. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into The Following 9 Parts: 1) Part No. 1 - Delivery Of Drone Components; 3. The Goods Must Be Brand New, I.E. Goods With The Current Year Of Production Or The Previous Year Of Production - But Not Earlier Than 12 Months From The Date Of Delivery.4. The Goods Must Be Free From Defects And Must Not Show Signs Of Use Or Damage.5. Each Packaging Of The Delivered Goods Must Permanently Bear The Manufacturers Information, The So-Called Packaging Label. The Label Of Each Package Must Include The Name Of The Product, Catalog Symbol And Manufacturers Name. All This Information Should Be Written In Polish.6. The Contractor Provides A Warranty For Individual Products For A Period Of Not Less Than 24 Months From The Date Of Confirmation Of Proper Performance Of The Contract.7. The Contractor Will Deliver The Ordered Goods At His Own Expense To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, I.E. Rzeszów, Ul. Lwowska 4, Own Transport. Delivery Costs, In Particular Loading And Unloading Of The Goods, Are Borne By The Contractor.8. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Bid Price Calculation Form, Which Is Also A Quantitative Specification: - For Part No. 1 - Annex No. 1A To The Swz; 2) Proposed Provisions Of The Contract (Annex No. 4 To The Swz).
