Each Measurement System Must Be Equipped With A Remote Data Reading Function. It Is Allowed To Use A Radio Overlay, An Integrated Radio Module Or Another Equivalent Solution That Meets The Requirements Of Opz. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Deliver, Implement And Launch A System Providing Remote Access To These Water Meters In Order To Record Water Consumption. The Task Also Includes Training Of Staff In The Use Of The System. In Order To Maintain Uniform Standards, The Use Of Single-Jet, Volumetric Or Ultrasonic Water Meters Is Allowed, Provided They Meet The Minimum Technical Requirements Specified Below. The System Should Enable Reading Meter Readings As Well As Visualization And Analysis Of The Collected Data In Accordance With The Needs Of Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Sp. Z O. O. In Moszczenica. All Hardware And Software Must Work With The Existing Consumption Accounting System, And Any Costs Of Integration Between Systems Should Be Included In The Contractors Calculation. The System Should Also Ensure Full Compatibility With Open Radio Protocols (Signal In The Generally Available, Open Wireless M-Bus Standard Compliant With The Pn-En 13757-3 And Pn-En 13757-4 Standards). The Scope Of The Order Includes The Replacement Of Existing Mechanical Water Meters Dn20 And Dn25 With Complete Measurement Systems Equipped With Remote Data Reading Function.
