1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide Comprehensive Banking Services For The Budget Of The Wisznia Mała Commune And Its Units, Including: 1) Opening And Maintaining A Current Account And Auxiliary Accounts Of The Budget Of The Wisznia Mała Commune And The Organizational Units Of The Commune In Pln And Euro And Their Possible Closing; 2) Opening, Maintaining And Closing Additional Auxiliary Accounts, Including Auxiliary Accounts In Pln And Eur During The Term Of The Agreement; 3) Conducting Cashless Settlements In The Traditional And Electronic Systems 4) Providing Electronic Banking Services At Least At Computer Workstations Along With Training Employees On How To Use Them 5) In The Event Of A System Failure Or Lack Of Communication With The Bank, Payment Orders Will Be Accepted And Issued In Paper Form At The On-Site Cash Point; 6) Ensuring Mass Payments Identification System (It System For Mass Payments) Cooperating With The Sigid Accounting Program Used By The Commune Office,7) Establishing Term Deposits;8) Making Cash Withdrawals From The Ordering Partys Accounts;9) Issuing Bank Opinions And Certificates Of Having A Bank Account At The Request Of The Ordering Party And The Supported Organizational Units Of The Commune;10) Accepting Domestic Cash Payments From The Depositor Who Will Make Payments To The Communes Bank Account(S) Covered By The Order At The Contractors Cash Point, Without Charging Commissions And Fees, Excluding Payments Made To Mass Accounts;11) Providing Deposit Storage Services;12) Making Transfers Regarding Remuneration To Personal Accounts Of Employees Of The Commune Office Inside And Outside The Bank On The Day Of Placing The Order, Including Transferring Funds To A Personal Account Or Transferring Funds To The Beneficiarys Bank; 13) Ensuring The Possibility Of Investing Free Funds (Regardless Of The Amount) From Accounts (Including The Proceeds From The Last Session Settled By The Bank) Into One-Day Overnight Deposits (O/N), 14) Interest On Funds Accumulated In Current Accounts 15) Ensuring The Possibility Of Taking Out A Loan In The Current Bank Account Maintained For The Budget Of The Wisznia Mała Commune 16) Having A Branch (Branch, Branch Or Customer Service Point) In The Ordering Partys Registered Office With At Least One Stand For Cash Customer Service Or Opening At Its Own Expense And Running A Branch (Branch, Branch Or Customer Service Point) With At Least One Stand For Cash And Non-Cash Customer Service During The Period Of Contract Implementation Within 1 Month From The Date Of Handing Over The Premises To The Contractor. 2.
