The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete Multi-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Superstructure Of The Commune Office Building In Kosakowo, With The Option Of Authors Supervision.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Development Of Complete Multi-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation (Land Development Design, Construction And Architectural Design, Technical Design And Executive Design, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, As Well As Bill Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimate) Along With Obtaining All Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Other Documents Required By Detailed Regulations And Necessary To Build The Planned Facilities In All Necessary Industries. For The Developed Documentation, The Contractor, On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party, Will Obtain The Final Building Permit Decision.3. The Entire Body Of Work Will Be Hereinafter Referred To As The Documentation. The Documentation Should Be Developed Based On The Guidelines And Recommendations Formulated By The Ordering Party In The Tender Documentation. The Guidelines Below Apply Directly Unless The Concluded Contract Provides Otherwise. A Deviation From The Guidelines May Occur If The Applicable Regulations Provide Otherwise - The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Notify The Ordering Party If Such A Situation Arises - Or If The Solution Proposed By The Designer (Contractor) Is Approved By The Ordering Party. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain Documentation Approval From The Ordering Party. 5. Within The Scope Of The Order, The Contractor, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Will Be Obliged To Prepare All Applications At The Design Stage, Including The Issuance Of A Building Permit Decision, And To Introduce Any Changes Or Additions To The Above-Mentioned Applications That Will Prove Necessary In Connection With The Course Of The Administrative Procedure Or Beneficial For The Subject Of The Order Or Will Be Required By Regulation. 6. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Need To Immediately Remove Defects And Defects At The Expense Of The Contractor, In Particular: - Prepare Additional Drawings And Descriptions If The Design Documentation Does Not Sufficiently Explain The Technical Solutions, - Immediately Make Corrections And Additions To The Design Documentation, - Provide Answers And Explanations In The Course Of The Procedure For Awarding A Contract For Construction Works Conducted By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of The Documentation Developed By The Contractor, And The Answers Should Be Be Provided Immediately, But No Later Than Two Business Days From The Date Of The Submitted Inquiry/Request For Clarification.
