Rental Of Urban Property, With A Minimum Constructed Area Of 100 M² (One Hundred Square Meters), Intended For The Installation And Operation Of The Headquarters Of The Guardianship Council, And Must Meet The Minimum Conditions Of Habitability, Safety, Health And Regularity Of Documents. The Property Must Have, At Minimum, 05 (Five) Rooms, Distributed As Follows: I – 04 (Four) Different Rooms, Of Which: Intended For Individualized Care, Must Guarantee Conditions Of Confidentiality, Privacy And Qualified Listening; In Adequate Conditions Of Use And Operation, With A Minimum Area Of 3 M². The Property Must Have A Floor Made Of Resistant Material, Preferably Ceramic, In Good Condition, Suitable For Continuous Traffic Of People.
