Tenders Are Invited For Soil Remediation - Municipality Of Zaanstad

The Municipality Intends To Launch A European Tender For The Implementation Of Large-Scale Soil Remediation Within The Hofwijk Noord Project Area. The Remediation Objective Of The Municipality Of Zaanstad For The Kan Palen En Touwen Site Is: To Remove Risks (Spread, Ecological And Human) Regarding The Mobile And Volatile Contamination Caused By The Kan Palen Company And To Apply A Living Layer And To Limit Aftercare And Use Restrictions As Much As Possible. This Results, Among Other Things, In The Removal Of Registrations In The Land Registry Of Mobile And Volatile Pollution Caused By The Kan Palen Company. The Assignment Is Expected To Include: • Excavation And Removal Of Contaminated Soil (Mobile Contamination); • Carrying Out Groundwater Purification; • Disposal And Processing (Including Chain Registration); • Restoring Clean Surface Layers; • Environmental Guidance And Reporting The Estimated Volume Is: • Approximately 20,000 M2 Of Clean Site • Approximately 450 M1 Of Temporary Sheet Piling • Approximately 25,000 M³ Of Contaminated Soil • Approximately 45,000 M3 Of Supply And Installation Of Clean Soil.
