The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Acquire An Automated Inverted Benchtop Fluorescent Microscope Imaging System To Support Scientific Research Involving A Broad Spectrum Of Sample Types And Sizes. Target Specimens Include Microscopic Organisms Measuring Approximately 100–150 Μm Up To 1 Mm In Length, Three-Dimensional Spheroids Between 200–500 Μm, Single-Cell Monolayers With Cell Dimensions Of 5–20 Μm And Fixed Tissue Sections Up To 1 Cm². This Diversity Of Sample Formats Requires An Imaging Platform Capable Of Providing Both Low And High-Magnification Imaging (2× To 60×) With A Minimum Of A 5-Position Turret For The Magnification Objectives. Moreover, The System Must Support Both Bright Field And Multi-Channel Fluorescence Imaging. In Particular, It Should Provide Detection Of A Minimum Of Four Independent Fluorescence Channels. The Ability To Perform Real Time Imaging Of Live Cells Is Also Essential To Facilitate Time-Lapse Experiments.
