COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested Firms are to collect the standard bidding document (SBD) from the office of the Director, Physical Planning Delta State University, Abraka. 5. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit both Technical and Financial Bid Documents (1 original and a photocopy) to be submitted in separate sealed envelope and clearly marked as Technical Bid or Financial Bids respectively. Thereafter, the two sealed envelopes should be inserted together in a bigger sealed envelope and addressed to the Register, Delta State University, Abraka and clearly marked with the name of project and lot number. Furthermore, the reverse side of each sealed envelope should have the name and address of the bidder. The sealed envelope should be dropped in the designated Tender Box located at the Office of the Head of Procurement not later than 12 noon on Monday 29th June, 2026. Bidders are to sign the bid submission register in the office of the Head of Procurement, as the University will not be held liable for wrongly submitted bids. 6. DEADLINE Bid documents are to be submitted on or before 12:00 noon on Monday 29th June, 2026, to the Register, Delta State University, Abraka, Delta State. 7. OPENING OF BIDS The Technical and Financial Bids will be opened immediately after the close of the submission by 12:00 noon on Monday 29th June, 2026, in the Senate Chamber of the University in the presence of the Bidders or their representatives, please ensure that you sign the Bid Submission Register as Delta State University, Abraka will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
