The Contract Includes The Construction Works Related To The Dog Enclosure And Parking Of Helsinkis Rutakko Pond And Vantaas Vaarala Pond, And The Dog Fence And Parking In Helsinkis Jakomäki Park Forest, To The Extent Indicated In The Contract Documents, In Accordance With The Tender Documents, With All Related Works And Procurements Fully Completed. The Builder Is The Public Areas Service Of The City Of Helsinkis Urban Environment Department, Which Also Acts As A Customer In Accordance With Yse 98. The Project Is A Joint Project With The City Of Vantaa, Where The Representatives Of The City Of Helsinki Act As The Developer Under The Terms Of The Agreement Between Vantaa And Helsinki. The Contract Has The Following Milestones: 1) By December 15, 2026, The Dredging And Shaping Of The Beaches In Both Helsinki And Vantaa Will Be Completed2) By April 7, 2027, The Demolition Of The Geotubes And The Geotube Pool Will Be Completed, Including The Removal Of Earth Masses And The Surface Of The Area Finishing Touches. The Work In Accordance With The Contract Documents Must Be Completed And Received, And The Inspections Required By The Authorities And Inspection Institutions Must Be Approved By July 31, 2027. The Contract Requires Compliance With The Employment Conditions According To The Appendix Bidding Document For The Conditions Of Employment. As The Acting Principal Implementer. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Site Management Duties And Site Services, Which Also Apply To The Separate Contracts In Section 1.8 Of The Contract Program And The Developers Separate Procurements In Section 3.4. The Work Is Done As A Total Price Contract. The Work Is Carried Out In Its Entirety As A Low-Emission Construction Site, The Requirements Of Which Can Be Found In The Contract Boundary Appendix. The Amounts Presented In The Plans Are Not Binding On The Customer. Provider. In Terms Of Overall Economy, The Offer That Is The Cheapest In Price Among The Offers That Meet The Requirements For The Suitability Of The Provider Set By The Developer. The Subcontractor/Subcontractor Of The Contractor In The Customers Contractual Relationship Has The Right To Further Subcontract/Subcontract The Work. Chaining The Procurement/Contract Beyond This Is Not Possible Without A Particularly Well-Founded Reason, And The Written Consent Of The Customer/Builder Must Be Obtained.
