Work Detail
The Aim Of The Measure Is To Produce A New, Load-Distributing Foundation Slab Within The Existing Training Workshop Building In Preparation For Further Measures To Improve The Foundation And Strengthen The Structure. For This Purpose, The Ground Floor Interior Of The Training Workshop Will Be Gutted On Site And The Existing Floor Slab And Its Substructure Will Be Removed. The Construction Site Will Be Handed Over To The Contractor After The On-Site Sealing Against The Subsoil And The Introduction Of A Clean Layer Of Lean Concrete For The Production Of The Foundation Slab. Ok Clean Layer Is Approx. -1M Below The Surrounding Ground Level, Which Must Be Taken Into Account With Regard To Material Transport As Well As The Fact That All Material Must Be Brought Into The Building Through Existing Door/Gate/Wall Openings. Delivery By Crane Is Not Possible. The Foundation Slab Must Be Manufactured In Three Concreting Sections With A Component Thickness Of 1.00M. The Panel Is Worked Against Existing Walls And Supports And Separated From Them With A Sliding Layer. Reinforcement Connections To Existing Stb Components Do Not Need To Be Made. The Reinforcement Of The Foundation Slab Must Be Joined On Site Entirely From Steel Bars Of Different Diameters. In The Area Of Existing Stb Columns, Connecting Reinforcement Must Be Provided For The Later Addition Of New Column Feet. Furthermore, During The Course Of The Reinforcement Work, Empty Sleeves Must Be Incorporated Into The Reinforcement Cages For The Later Implementation Of Foundation Piles (Micro Piles 65Mm Diameter). The Steel Sleeves Are Provided On Site And, Due To Their Close-Meshed Arrangement, Also Serve As Spacers Between The Lower And Upper Reinforcement.
