In This Case, The Contractor Is Obliged To Make A New Delivery Of Rough Fodder - Alfalfa Without Defects And/Or Of A Quality Identical To That Of The Contractors Technical Specification And/Or The Corresponding Quantities Within No More Than 5 /In Short: Five/ Working Days, Counted From The Date Of The Rejection Of The Previous Request By The Contractor. In The Case Of Unusable Coarse Fodder Delivered By The Contractor - Alfalfa Due To Expired Shelf Life, Hidden Defects Or Others. , Which Cannot Be Established Upon Delivery, This Circumstance Is Documented With A Finding Protocol Signed By The Contractor And The Contracting Party Within One Month Of Delivery. In This Case, The Contractor Is Obliged To Replace, At His Own Expense, The Amounts Of Unusable Coarse Fodder - Alfalfa - Described In The Findings Protocol. The Replacement Should Be Carried Out Within 5 /In Other Words: Five/ Working Days, Starting From The Day Following The Date Of Signing The Findings Protocol.
