I. Development Of A Complex Project For An Investment Initiative In The Following Independent Project Parts: 1. Amendment Of The Unapplied Detailed Development Plan - Zoning Plan For The Municipal Upi Iii And Upi Iv In Quarter 621 According To The Plan Of The Druzhba Jk Of The City Of Sliven, Pi With Identifiers 67338.559.82 And 67338.559.84 According To The Cc, Assigned Respectively For A Depot And Koo And For Clean Production, Koo, Public Events And Garages, With A Proposal For Their Unification In The Part Of The Regulation Plan With The Designation For Social Activities And The Corresponding Amendment Of The Development Plan, In Which, With Mandatory And Restrictive Development Lines, Three Independent One-Story Buildings From The Main Development Should Be Provided For; 2. Technical Investment Project For Three New Buildings For The Opening Of Integrated Health And Social Services With A Capacity Of 45 Places, Intended For Elderly People With Permanent Disabilities Or Unable To Provide Self-Care, In An Area Designated By The Mou Of The Town Of Sliven As A Residential Zone For Complex Development, Subject To Compliance With The Current Norms And Regulations.
