This Documentation Is For The Conclusion Of A Contract Under The Conditions And Requirements For Holding A Public Competition For The Award Of A Public Contract With The Subject: Transportation Of Dialysis Patients From Their Homes To The Hemodialysis Department At Umbalsm N.I. Pirogov Ead, Sofia And Return, According To A Certain Monthly Schedule. The Client Of This Public Order Is The Executive Director Of Umbalsm N.I. Pirogov Ead. The Present Instructions For Participation In The Public Procurement Have Been Developed And Are Part Of The Public Procurement Documentation Pursuant To Art. 31, Para. 1 And Para. 3 Of The Zop. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Transportation Of Dialysis Patients From Their Homes To The Hemodialysis Department At Umbalsm Ni Pirogov Ead, Sofia And Back, According To A Certain Monthly Schedule. Estimated Value Of This Public Procurement For The Period Of Its Implementation, Foreseen By The Contracting Authority, Is 93,000.00 Euros /Ninety-Three Thousand Euros And Zero Cents/. During The Performance Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Include Or Exclude Patients From The Schedule And Name List, Or To Move Them From One Address To Another, Incl. When Changing The Place Of Residence. Note: The Service Is Exempt Within The Meaning Of Art. 39, Item 6 Of Vat And No Value Added Tax Should Be Charged And Paid For It. Important !!! On The Basis Of Art. 181, Para. 2 Of The Zop, The Evaluation Of The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Will Be Carried Out Before Considering The Documents For Compliance With The Selection Criteria. The Price Proposals From The Participants Bids Will Be Opened And Disclosed After Decryption Of The Generated Key. Before Concluding The Contract, The Participant Chosen As The Contractor Presents A Performance Guarantee. The Contract Performance Guarantee Is In The Amount Of 3% Of The Contract Value.
