1. Object And Subject Of The Order. The Object Of The Public Procurement Is Construction In The Sense Of Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Law On Public Procurement (Ppa) With The Subject: Construction Of A Retaining Wall On The Municipal Road Sml 3258/ Shiroka Laka - Gela / - Solishta At Km. 1+250, Municipality Of Smolyan - Second Stage 2. Existing Situation. The Current Project Is A Continuation Of The Retaining Wall Built During The First Stage In The Section Of Km 1+250 On The Road Sml 3258/ Shiroka Laka - Gela / - Solishta. To Restore Traffic Safety On The Road, It Is Necessary To Continue The Wall In The Area Immediately After The Built Retaining Wall. 3. Description Of The Types Of Works Subject To The Public Procurement. The Construction Of A New Reinforced Retaining Wall With An Unloading Console Is Planned. The Total Length Of The Wall Is 15.02 M, And The Height Varies From 7.40 M Above The Plinth Joint To The Crown Wall Level. The Wall Is Divided Into 2 Sections With Lengths Of 7.50 M. The Sections Are Separated Using A 2 Cm Joint Made Of Xps Or Tarred Boards. In Order To Eliminate The Hydrodynamic Pressure, Two Rows Of F 110 Barbicans Are Placed. A Dry Stone Masonry Drainage Barrier Is Implemented. To Build The Wall, Use Concrete With Class C 30/37 According To Bds En 206:2013+A2:2021/Na:2021 And Reinforcement Class B500b. After Demolding The Wall, It Is Necessary To Plaster All Concrete Surfaces To Be Filled Twice With Hot Bitumen. The Bitumen Is Applied On A Dry And Well-Cleaned Concrete Base. In Order To Minimize The Additional Wetting Of The Earths Foundation Under The Wall, The Construction Of A Concrete Trough In Front Of The 11.50 M Long Culvert Existing In The Neighborhood Is Planned, Following The Natural Terrain In Front Of The Culverts Outlet.
