The Subject Of The Current Public Procurement Is: Construction Of Outdoor Sports Grounds To The Building Of Su Hristo Prodanov, Located In Upi I-School, Quarter 17 According To The Plan Of The Town Of Karlovo. The Procedure Is Carried Out In Accordance With Art. 182, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, Because According To Article 182, Paragraph 1, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, In Cases Where A Previous Procedure For Awarding Through A Public Competition Has Been Terminated, Because No Tenders Have Been Submitted Or The Tenders Submitted Are Inappropriate And The Originally Announced Conditions Have Not Been Substantially Changed, The Contracting Authority May Conduct Direct Negotiation. With The Opening Decision Dated 05.03.2026, A Public Procurement Procedure Was Opened Through A Public Competition With The Subject Construction Of Outdoor Sports Grounds To The Building Of Su Hristo Prodanov, Located In Upi I-Uchilishte, Quarter 17 According To The Plan Of The Town Of Karlovo With Unique Number 03137-2026-0001 In The Rop. The Procedure Was Terminated By Decision No. Kv-03-506 Of 29.05.2026, Based On Art. 110, Paragraph 1, Item 2 Of The Civil Code, Since Both Participants Were Removed On The Basis Of Art. 107, Item 2, Letter A Of The Public Procurement Act Due To The Submission Of Offers That Do Not Meet The Previously Announced Conditions For The Execution Of The Public Procurement. After The Entry Into Force Of The Decision, The Contracting Authority Takes Advantage Of Its Right Under Art. 182, Paragraph 1, Item 2 Of The Ppa To Negotiate Under The Terms Of The Ppa And Ppzop.
