The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Implementation Of Construction And Installation Works (Cmp) For The Repair And Restoration Of The Operational Qualities Of The Yard Pavement In The Yordan Yovkov Public School, The City Of Burgas, By Dismantling Existing Compromised Pavements, Preparing The Foundation, Implementing A New Foundation, Restoring Curbs And Manholes And Bringing The Terrain To A Condition That Ensures Safe Operation. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Activities: Execution Of Construction And Repair Works (Crr), Including The Supply Of Raw Materials And Materials, Mechanization, Labor And All Services And Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Public Procurement, In Accordance With The Technical Specifications And Bills Of Quantities. Warranty Liability For The Periods Offered By The Contractor For The Execution Of The Individual Types Of Construction And Assembly Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2003 For Commissioning Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, In Connection With Art. 160, Para. 4 And Para. 5 Of The Zut. Place Of Execution Of The Order: The Place Of Execution Of The Order Is In The Courtyard Of Su Yordan Yovkov - Burgas, Gh. Sunrise. Deadline For Execution Of The Order: The Deadline For Execution Of The Construction And Installation Works Is According To The Technical Proposal Of The Participant, But It Cannot Be More Than 35 (Thirty-Five) Calendar Days. Regardless Of The Proposed Term, All Construction And Assembly Works Included In The Subject Of The Order Should Be Finally Completed, Accepted By The Contracting Authority And The Object Handed Over No Later Than 31.08.2026.
