Provision Of In-Person Medical Services From The Family Health Program/General Clinic At The Headquarters Of The Municipality Of Chapada Gaucha With A Workload Of 40 Hours Per Week, With The Following Duties: Providing Comprehensive Assistance To The Individuals Under Their Responsibility, Valuing The Doctor-Patient And Doctor-Family Relationship As Part Of A Therapeutic And Trusting Process, Providing Opportunities Contacts With Healthy Or Sick Individuals, With A View To Addressing Preventive And Health Education Aspects, Striving To Keep Its Clients Healthy, Whether They Come For Consultations Or Not, Carrying Out Basic Epidemiological And Health Surveillance Actions In Its Coverage Area, Carrying Out Assistance Actions In The Areas Of Child Care, Teenager, Woman, Worker, Adult And Elderly, Also Providing First Care Services In The Emergency Room And Minor Outpatient Surgeries, Among Others, To Promote Quality Of Life And Contribute To Ensuring That The Environment Is:, Provision Of Face-To-Face Doctor Services From The Family Health Program/General Clinic In The District Of Serra Das Araras, In The Municipality Of Chapada Gaucha, With Charge Working Hours Of 40 Hours Per Week, Promoting Quality Of Life And Contributing To: Provision Of Face-To-Face Services On Medical Clinic Shifts (Day Or Night), With A Workload Of 12 Hours Per Shift, With The Following Duties: Providing Emergency Care Within Related Activities, Carrying Out Clinical Monitoring Of Patients Within The Health Unit, Making Requests Of Diagnostic Exams Related To Suspected Diseases, Analyze And Interpret Results Of Various Exams, Comparing Them With Normal Standards To Confirm Or Report The Diagnosis, Issue Diagnosis, Prescribe Medications Related To Specific Pathologies, Applying Curative, Preventive Or Therapeutic Medicine Resources, Maintain Patient Records, Examining Them, Noting The Diagnostic Conclusion, Treatment Prescription And Evolution Of The Disease, Carry Out Notification Of Diseases And Compulsory Notifiable Conditions, Monitor Patients When Necessary According To The Severity Of The Case. Education/Prerequisite: Higher Degree In Medicine:, Provision Of In-Person Services Of Medical Clinic Shifts (Day Or Night), With A Workload Of 6 Hours Per Shift, For Flexible Work, Covering Internal Coverage In The Health Unit And/Or Inter-Hospital Removal Of Patients. Combined Duties: A. Internal Care And Coverage (Performance In The Unit): Providing Complete Urgent And Emergency Care To Patients Who Seek The Unit, Carrying Out Diagnosis, Prescription And General Clinical Procedures (E.G. Sutures, Immobilizations, Etc.). Carry Out Medical Consultations, Request And Interpret Exams, And Monitor The Evolution Of Patients Under Observation Or Hospitalized. Document And Report The Shift Change, Informing About Complications And The Health Status Of Patients. B.
