Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Portable Woodchipper Machines. The Janathakshan GTE Ltd. hereby invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified suppliers for the supply, delivery, and commissioning of Portable Woodchipper Machines under the project "Partnerships and Innovative Financing to Mainstream Biodiversity and Sustainable Land Management in the Wet Climatic Zone of Sri Lanka The project "Partnerships and Innovative Financing to Mainstream Biodiversity and Sustainable Land Management in the Wet Climatic Zone of Sri Lanka," is implemented by the Ministry of Environment in collaboration with Ministry of Plantation and Community Infrastructure and UNDP and funded by the Global Environment Facility (GEF). The project aims to integrate biodiversity conservation and sustainable land management practices in private sector tea and rubber production areas in the wet climatic zone of Sri Lanka Scope of Supply: The successful bidder shall supply and deliver twenty (20) brand-new portable woodchippers suitable for processing tea prunings, tree loppings, and woody biomass for mulching, composting, and related uses. Standard Accessories Each unit shall be supplied with: One (1) set of operating tools. One (1) spare set of cutting blades. Operators manual in English. Maintenance manual. Safety decals and warning labels. All accessories required for normal operation. Delivery The supplier shall deliver and commission the machines at multiple locations including Kegalle, Rathnapura, Matara, and Galle districts within the two weeks after receiving the purchasing oder.
