Tenders are invited for Property Management Services for All Districts at Lusail City Tender Bond Value: Qatari Riyal Six Hundred Fifty Thousand (QAR 650,000) valid for 150 days from Tender Closing Date in the form of a Bank Guarantee (Cash Payment or Cheque are not acceptable). A payment of non-refundable tender fee in the amount of Five Thousand Qatari Riyals (QAR 5,000.00) to be deposited/TT into Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Co., Bank Account No. 0850-040333-060 (BAN-QA43 QNBA 0000 0000 0850 0403 33060) with QNB. Email a copy of the deposit/TT slip to QD Finance Department at [email protected] mentioning the tender no., Companys name & attach a copy of CR.
