Tenders are invited for Supply of Dog Sterilization Bid Security Amount (Rs) : 60,000.00 Bid Validity Period from Bid Opening : 77 days Bid Security Validity Period from Bid Opening : 105 days NonRefundable Fee (Rs.) : 3,500.00 Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) Procedure. Service experience in the Public Sector or Corporation or Statutory Board for a minimum period of five (05) years. Document evidences should be submitted for the request of Bid. Complete set of bid documents in English can be obtained during office hours from 11.06.2026 up to 25.06.2026 between 09.00 a.m to 2.00 p.m from the Accounts Branch, Provincial Department of Health Services on submission of written application, certified copy of business registration certificate and receipt of payment for non-refundable fee made at the Accounts Branch, Office of Provincial Department of Health Services, Eastern Province, Trincomalee. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security obtained from a Bank in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, or receipt for payment in cash made before 14.00 hrs. on any working day to the Accounts Branch Provincial Department of Health Services, Eastern Province. The Value of Bid Security Service, Validity Period of Bid Security and the Bid Validity Period are given in the table as above. Bids should be submitted separately for each procurement. The title of the Procurement and Bid Reference Number should be clearly mentioned on the top left corner of the bid submission envelopes.
