The Scope Of Work Includes: - Dismantling The Existing, Degraded Paving Stone Surface, Which Currently Constitutes An Architectural Barrier, - Construction Of A New Paving Stone Surface, Enabling Safe And Comfortable Movement, Application Of Curb Reductions In Places Required For The Needs Of Disabled People And Seniors, In Accordance With The Principles Of Accessibility. List Of Values: A) Length Of Edges - L = 600.00 M, B) Length Of Curbs - L = 725.00 M, C) Area Of Concrete Cubes P = 1025.00 M2. Pavement Structure: A) Native Compacted Soil Is ≥ 1.00; E2=100Mpa,B) Crushed Aggregate 0-31.5 - Gr. 10.0 Cm, C) Bedding C-P – Thick. 4.0 Cm, D) Gray Concrete Cubes 10X20x6cm - Thickness. 6.0 Cm. All Thicknesses Of The Construction Layers Are Given After Compaction. Notes! Security Of The Works Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor, I.E. Marking. The Removed Paving Slabs Should Be Palletized And Transported To The Sewage Treatment Plant In Cisew. The Edges And Remaining Rubble With Soil Should Be Transported To The Sewage Treatment Plant In Cisewie. At The Exits, Allowance Should Be Made For 15 Cm Of Crushed Stone, C-P Ballast - 6.0 Cm, Paving Stones - Thickness. 8 Cm. The Replacement Includes New Curbs And Edges. Use Ramp Curbs At Exits.2) According To The Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv), The Subject Of The Order Covers The Scope Defined By The Codes: 45233340-4 Foundation Of Pedestrian Paths, 45233260-9 Construction Works In The Field Of Pedestrian Paths.3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Compare The Compliance Of The Submitted Studies And In The Event Of Any Discrepancies, He Is Obliged To Ask The Ordering Party In Writing For An Explanation As Soon As Possible. In The Event Of Differences In Technological Solutions (Including The Materials And Devices Used), The Solutions Presented In The Construction Design, Bills Of Quantities And Additional Descriptions Shall Apply First.4) To Perform The Order, The Contractors Are Obliged To Use New Materials And Devices, Grade I, Purchased From Reputable Manufacturers, Guaranteeing The Highest Quality, With Technical And Quality Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Bills Of Quantities. The Names, Types And Origins Of Products Appearing In The Studies Are Not Binding On The Contractors. 5) To Complete The Order, The Contractors Are Obliged To Use Equipment And Materials That Meet The Requirements Of The Polish Standard Transposing The European Standard Pn-En (Harmonized Standards) And Others Specified In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Design Documentation. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Documents For The Materials And Devices Used That Allow Their Use In Construction (Attestations, Certificates, Declarations Of Conformity, Quality Certificates). 6) Where The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of Materials Or Standards Referred T
